My journey

For most of my life, I rarely felt that I had control over my circumstances. I was constantly at the mercy of anxiety, my poor habits kept me in cycles of dysregulation, and my troubled past loomed over me like a dense cloud of fog. It wasn't until 2019 after a dark time in my life that I found the world of self-improvement, healing, and positive psychology, into which I dove nose-deep, heart first. It transformed my self-esteem, my relationships, and my career forever.

My Identity Crisis

From dreaming of becoming a doctor since childhood to excelling in university with top grades and immersing myself in volunteer work and humanitarian efforts to become an outstanding medical school applicant, my journey seemed set. But in 2023, after finishing my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, I began working in private healthcare, where I faced a profound realization: medicine wasn't what I expected. It was in the months following this identity crisis that I turned to Life Coaching to explore a different life path, and I found my true calling: I wanted to empower women to heal, uncover their truths, and live inspired lives by bridging the worlds of self-improvement, human health, and neuroscience.

The Birth of Commitment to Growth

In 2021, I launched The Commitment to Growth Podcast as a personal challenge to confront my insecurities and interview individuals living soul-led lives. Through years of podcasting, my Kinesiology degree, and initial client coaching experiences, I set out to answer one question:

What defines a resilient life?

I became obsessed with answering this question. After months of client sessions and extensive research, I branded Commitment to Growth as my Resilience Coaching practice, founded upon 6 pillars that offer a roadmap to a holistic, powerful, aligned life.
